One of 2020 Effect’s Chinese Dance Workshops is the perfect way to celebrate and honour the Chinese New Year. China’s biggest traditional holiday, the Spring Festival takes place over two weeks. Chinese New Year falls on the first day of the first month of the new lunisolar calendar, this year the 10th February.
The Chinese Dance Workshops brings to life the timeless majesty of the Chinese dragon, beautiful silk ribbons arcing through the sky, the intricate patterns formed by fluttering fans, or mighty Chinese lions thundering across the stage.
